How many times have you downloaded a file and then felt like putting your foot through the computer because now you cannot open it without buying a whole new program that deals with those files? How many times have you had "File Extension Error" messages and clicked on the details only to go to the Microsoft website and see a message that says "Sorry about your luck, we have no idea how to open this?" Have you ever seen a .bak or .dat file extension and thought "What the hell is that?" Well, .bak is a "back-up" file your computer saves in case you crash or mess up the original; only problem is, your operating system does not have the means to open it? Let me tell you a little story: My girlfriend's computer was kind of slow, so I thought since I had been learning so much about computers I would check and see if I could increase the RAM memory? I turned it off, opened the casing, pulled out a RAM memory card, and thought I had put it back in the right way. When I turned on the computer, it went "Pffft" and there was smoke coming off the motherboard. I had put the memory card in up-side-down! Oh man that is bad bad bad bad!!! So I went to compusa.com and found a replacement motherboard and called their 800 number and ordered one? I got the motherboard really quick and then ended up buying more upgrade stuff from them to rebuild the inside of the entire computer! (I could tell you how fast I overclocked my CPU but you would hate me!) I have a computer that NASA wishes they had! I have over a TeraByte of memory guys.... Anyway, CompUSA has Christmas shopping sales going already with what they call "Bare-Bones" kits, if you want to build a real awesome system for yourself or for a gift, and their ad is right here; go there and check it out and I gaurantee that nobody else has better prices, better shipping, and better availability of the parts and services you need! Don't bother with anyone else, (except tiger direct, I have a short blurb on the next page for them but they are subsidiary of CompUSA anyway?) Take a look if you want to save money?  Now this is new technology at its finest! All those video games you love to brag about but your friends say the only reason they haven't smoked you is because they don't have it? The same friends that borrow yours and then ruin them? This software can help you make copies of those games! Satellite TV On Your Computer: Finally! I have been wondering how to watch television on my computer and I found that just like streaming radio from another locale, there is actually a site that allows you to watch television shows that are not available anywhere else! Isn't that awesome? It is not real expensive, considering what it cost to have a Satellite Dish installed and have to have special receivers and all that if you want Satellite TV? I have tried to download movies from shared file sites, and it either takes forever,or you get half of the movies and then it stops for some reason and I cannot get it back?
